The Follow-Up Fund offers an opportunity to build on successful SUII programmes by supporting a range of follow up activities, including wider and deeper dissemination of insights or the trialing of policy and practice innovations.

Projects are joint ventures between academic and policy/practice partners. At least one of the lead applicants must have been actively involved in a previous SUII funded programme. Support is normally for a one-off event or short-term series of activities and is aimed at optimising programme results and maximising impact on policy, practice and/or user communities.

Below is the list of follow up projects supported to date. Links to individual pages with project results and materials will be updated as projects are completed.
