The third and final workshop of the Re-thinking responses to rape programme will identify and review new ways of responding to rape and how best these can be implemented. Speakers and participants - including law, criminology and psychology academics, members of the police, prosecutors, judiciary, survivor and health services, policy and law-makers - will look at innovative change and practice in other jurisdictions and make recommendations for reform in Scotland.
