We are based at Strathclyde University in the city centre of Glasgow just a few minutes walk away from Queen Street Station and Central Station.

Note: Due to fire damage in the James Weir Building, the Institute is operating out of a temporary location.  As of 11 March 2013, the Institute will be located in the former Collins Gallery, University of Strathclyde, 22 Richmond Street, Glasgow  G1 1XQ

We can currently be found on Level 6 of the Colville building, at 48 North Portland Road, Glasgow G1 1XM.

Due to fire damage in the James Weir Building, our premises are currently unavailable for bookings, and will remain so until we move to new premises in March 2013. For enquiries about our new premises, please contact us and we will advise.

When no programme activities are taking place, the Institute space can be hired for meetings, workshops and symposia which fit with our remit.

Note: The room layout is modular and can be adapted to different needs.
